This car was serviced at 28900kms by Midbay VW on the 23rd February 2015 and then we drove to Gauteng on the 26th of February 2015. On the way the car displayed EPC on the dash and we stopped and called VWSA who sent a tow truck. The vehicle has been with them up to now. No repairs, no courtesy car, no replacement car. I don't know what to do now, am paying for a car that is gathering dust at VW. The warranty is of no use if I am not given a replacement or repairs not done. Please help.
