Not sure of the exact timing of this one, but the car was fairly new. A friend riding in the back seat tried to roll down his window (and not in a particularly aggressive way). The button gave way and fell inside the door, leaving a hole about the width of a finger. Quite convenient for my niece to throw her goldfish crackers into, but not so helpful for rolling down the window.
