Hi there I had flat tire on 3/09 2015 I was jacking up car then car fall to ground the tired jack was broken in 2 pieces I all most got hurt I was lucky thanks [xxx] information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
