I have documentation when this issue started my vehicle had about 107,000 miles. I feel and hear the popping sound and it stalls a lot. Moreover, at times it feel as if I am constantly being hit from the rear. After I park the vehicle I can hear a loud ticking sound as if something was overheated and it smells burnt.
