The contact owned a 2009 Volkswagen Jetta. While driving at approximately 45 mph and applying the brake pedal, the ABS, the stability, and the brake warning lights illuminated. In addition, there was a loud abnormal noise and the vehicle spun out of control. The vehicle flipped three times and crashed into a bush. The air bags did not deploy. There were no injuries.
