Horn doesn't work and there is no warning light. A vehicle decided to do a U-turn in front of me with no warning. Hit the horn to find it not functioning. There is no warning light to indicate there is an issue. The part that failed is also tied to the airbag system. The part that failed is the clock spring - J527 module as noted in the VW dealer indicating the horn functions but the module needs to be replaced.

The ignition switch on my 2011 Jetta is regularly becoming stuck and I cannot turn off my vehicle. I spent over an hour on Saturday evening while parked in driveway trying to turn the vehicle off and remove the key to no avail. I had to remove the fuel pump fuse along with unplugging the battery. The radio system also went out. Following a loud pop the system quit working completely. Similar to many reports I have read online since the occurrence.

Ignition lock cylinder abruptly failed. The vehicle would not start at all due to this failure. They key would not turn at all. It worked one moment and immediately stoppedf working. Stranded and had to have the vehicle towed. Tow company had to disassemble shifter to put the vehicle in neutral in order to tow. $645 + for tow and repairs.

Turned on vehicle, went to turn on the stereo, and once I hit the 'power' button, it turned on and then the screen went black, resulting in the complete loss of the head unit, radio, blue tooth, and clock. Fuses were checked in both the fuse box and the stereo itself, and no fuses were blown.

I have issues with the headlights. Every other month my headlight goes out. When I drove off the lot I had one headlight. This has been ongoing for almost 2 years. When I change it the other side goes out. I know thats not normal. And then one day I had been running arrends and made a stop. I was wearing flip flops that day. Well when I went to turn around in my seat to get what was being handed to me from my girlfriend I burned my three little toes ! !!! I immieately went under the steering wheel and seen it was a pipe not covered.I have had many cars and I have never felt any thing so hot under a dash.I had three blisters.each toe had a tiny blister.thats when I seen all the rust everywher or anywhere there is metal is covered with rust.there was a recall on the rear end.I noticed after I took it in that the tires diidnt look even in the back.driver side tire bows inward on the top side and the other side doesnt. The air bag light well thats always on..and when I checked the air filter it smelled like it was in an electrical fire.my horn sounds defective.barely hear it. And the windsheild wiper has aloud noise when operating.

I left work to pick up my children 3 times in a short trip the car cut off, it seems as if you don't give gas the car will stall and quit. I have started trying to hold the brake and give gas to prevent from it cutting off at stop lights, the car will also cut off in motion if not given gas.
