I purchased this car in January 2012. When I got the car the only thing that needed attention was that the radiator was in need of flushing. In July 2012 the car began to not start. It would turn over but not start, and smell like gasoline. The only solution I have for this problem is just wait and try again. My car has left me stuck at gas stations and convince stores for up to an hour or more. When it does start it does not idle at a steady pace at first and sounds like its backfiring. My father has replaced all of the spark plugs and the problem has not gone away. The next step is to replace the fuel filter.

Update from Aug 1, 2013: steady pace and sounds like it's backfiring.

Update from Aug 2, 2013: We have also replaced the ignition coil in June 2013.

Update from Aug 29, 2013: The coil pack was replaced in May 2013, and the fuel filter was replaced in July 2013. After fixing these two things the car continues to have episodes of not starting.
