This is a signifigant flaw in the design of this car. The engine mount is made of a rubber compound and gets the heat by convection and radiation from the twin turbos underneath, the result is disintegration of the rubber. The head mechanic at the Volvo dealer admitted that this is "not uncommon in turbo models"!!

I am getting rid of this car, God knows how many other stupidities were introduced in this design.
