When the low oil pressure light appeared we brought the directly to the nearest VOVLO dealer in watertown ct. they said the problem was a blown turbo and send it would cost 1800 to fix. they fixed it, took it for a test drive and the low oil pressure is still an issue. now they say they think there are engine problems. first of all we agreed to let replace the turbo based upon the car being fixed. This did not solve the problem, yet they want to be paid. In my opinion they misdiagnosed the problem and did not let us know the magnitude of the issue. If we knew the problem was more than the turbo, we would have had the car towed to the dealer that we have purchased out cars over the past 15 years. Do they deserve to be paid? The deal was that they diagnosed the problem and told his that was the problem and the car is not fixed, and now they say it appears there are engine problems. Please let me know how you would handle this.
