My XC60 R design was a sports SUV, so why did the company in 2012 include the Polestar software, a ten minute upgrade and charge $1,500 for it to be added to my 2010 XC60 R. Same software, 10 minutes to add and yet, instead of retroactive, they charge this exorbitant amount to it's owners.
