Consumer has issues with the poor customer service he received recently at his local Volvo dealership. The consumer was trying to get a recall issue resolved regarding the fan control module. However, he was told preferential was given to clients that purchased vehicles from them and the part would have to be ordered. The consumer went to another dealer and was told the part would be replaced within 3 days, even though the consumer purchased his vehicle else where.
