As I read more and more from MDX owners, this is clearly a very poor quality Bluetooth unit. I have replaced the unit only lives for 24 month at best. it has cost me three batteries replacement also. The unit keeps drawing current from battery substantially to a point that drains a brand new high crank battery in 3 days time if the car is parked and not used. Many people don't know about what most likely is the cause of continual battery issue with their Acura MDX. I saw a video on YouTube as how to disconnect the cable to HFS unit, so at least I can save my battery. I have already paid $250 once to the dealer to replace the unit 3 years ago and don't feel that I should continue paying for poor quality part.
