Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 61 number 13-18 dated June 12, 2013. The painted surface of certain carbon composite constructed exterior body panels exhibit a ?blistering? condition. Due to a malfunction during the resin injection process in the manufacture of these panels, the painted surface of the panel may blister under certain environmental circumstances.
