Family was on a 5,000+ mile trip, kept losing the center console lighting which included the navigation system. I advised that since this frequently happened at dusk, or in stormy weather, it was frightening and seemed to be an electrical problem... I went to the dealer upon return from the trip, who advised it had been reported by owners previously, but there was no fix in the system, so there was nothing they could do about it. They advised since we lived in CA, there were never storms anyway, so should not be a problem.
