The situation is this ...inside of the car, windows are completely covered in ice and fog/ defroster will not completely fix this. When heat and defroster on, odor comes out of the vents. If the heat is on the windows will automatically fog up and start icing up - in order to somewhat remedy the issue (not fully fix) we need to crank the heat, crack a window, and the people in front sweat and the people in back freeze. It is significantly dangerous as all the windows ice/fog up and just will not clear. We were told it was winter.

This time I'm bringing my car back to dealer and not letting this go. More to come.
