Frequently when I start up my 2018 CTS V, the navigation system will not load and info center shows a wheel spinning and the screen stays black. This might go on for several driving trips, then it will start working properly again. However, it is not dependable and at anytime the navigation system will either hang-up or never load onto my vehicle. For a top of the line vehicle, this is very frustrating and disappointing. I cannot depend on having my navigation system for travel, enjoyment, or just daily driving.
I have taken my vehicle back to Coulter Cadillac in Tempe AZ, where the Service Adviser (BR) observed the problem, first hand! When the car was shut off and later started, the system was working. Over the 2019 Xmas Holidays, the system stopped working all together and I called Cadillac Customer Service and Coulter Cadillac. I took my vehicle back to Coulter and it has been setting there since December 30, 2019, and no work has been done on my vehicle. Coulter says that the problem cannot be duplicated and that Cadillac Corp has failed to respond to their request for assistance. So, my $100,000 2018 CST V is just sitting on Coulter's back parking lot gathering dust! Cadillac has a great car, but their Customer Care is poor at this point. Very Disappointed CTS V Owner!!!!
