This issue has been reported by a lot of users on ColoradoFans.com. The infotainment system randonly changes radio channels, reads texts aloud from bluetooth connected phones, changes the electronic dashboard readout to whatever it wants to, and just generally does not function properly. I took it to the dealer and they said the truck was no longer covered under warranty because I put a lift kit and aftermarket exhaust on it. Apparently the suspension and exhaust are wired into the radio. What a crock!

I also read that there is currently a class-action suit on the 2019-2020 models over this same issue. I wish someone would start a class action on General Motors period. This is the first and last GM vehicle I will ever buy.

The Chevrolet MyLink Audio System with 8" Diagonal color touch screen Apply Carplay capable and XM service. The AM FM radio stopped working some times. The XM radio continues to work fine. Factory warranty ended Dec. 30, 2018. Scheduled a repair next Saturday with the dealer. Have seen online this is a common problem with GM radios. GM doesn't know how to fix the problem.

Update from Mar 7, 2019: The service department at the dealership said the antenna plug at the back of the radio seemed very loose. The Dealership installed a new radio. It’s worked for 1 day so far.

radio would shut off and volume went to max level

driving down the road radio volume started going up, the audio control on dash, steering wheel, or touch screen would not work. this continued even when truck was shut off exited doors shut and locked multiple times. drove 40 miles to dealership with windows down and Bose stereo blasting at full volume. sat at dealership for three and a half hours, was told to bring back in morning. they some how got it turned off, but on the way home it turned on by its self, thankfully not an increase of volume. dread getting in truck in the morning. absolute worst vehicle I've ever been in and Rick Hendrick of Buford worst dealer
