This issue has been reported by a lot of users on ColoradoFans.com. The infotainment system randonly changes radio channels, reads texts aloud from bluetooth connected phones, changes the electronic dashboard readout to whatever it wants to, and just generally does not function properly. I took it to the dealer and they said the truck was no longer covered under warranty because I put a lift kit and aftermarket exhaust on it. Apparently the suspension and exhaust are wired into the radio. What a crock!
I also read that there is currently a class-action suit on the 2019-2020 models over this same issue. I wish someone would start a class action on General Motors period. This is the first and last GM vehicle I will ever buy.
