Upon receiving my new truck the steering alignment was all out of wack. In order to go straight you had to hold the steering wheel (top center) at your 10 o'clock position. If you held the steering wheel (while driving) visually straight, HOLD ON TIGHT you were seconds away from flying off the road. Had the wife drive it, as well as a friend, just to make sure I wasn't crazy. They both noticed the same thing, the steering was all out of wack. Called the dealership and they said that they couldn't touch it until 500 miles per a GM warranty rule. They said that the suspension needs time to "loosen up". Well I finished out the 500 miles and guess what, yup, still out of wack. They took it in a gave it the alignment it needed. What a pain in the ass.
