I was T-boned by a truck sitting at a light and totaled my vette. None of the airbags went off and seatbelt failed to deploy. Causing serious injuries and TBI. Looking for class action lawsuits related to this. GM notified me for the first time in 2019 telling me that my VIN was confirmed to have been left in test mode and should not be driven. They were apparently unaware that it was deemed a total loss and I had already checked to see if there was a recall since nothing helped to prevent injury and keep me safe. The impact was so awful that it blew gigantic holes in the side of my run flats yet none of the airbags went off. I was hit 2 times once in the passenger door ricocheting me off of the median and tore off the back end of my car bending the frame in 2 places, yet not one airbag went off and the seat belt retention didn't catch. I am finding out they knew about this ignition switch defect long before and chose to ignore it and not recall. I would like to be contacted by any attorney taking this case. More and more cases are coming to light and being brought public.
