Large intake leak, antifreeze leaking into the oil milked oil. When I checked the oil I found this so started looking for other problems. I put a pressure test on the radiator and found the leak immediately! the antifreeze came out from under the front edge of the #1 cylinder!I am very up set to hear that this is very common and would like to see G.M. recall their trucks for this problem! I repaired the problem myself. If I had to pay some one to fix this problem it would have cost in the range of $700-$900.

I own a Chevrolet 2500 Silverado truck, four wheel drive with the 6.0 liter engine. There are three bolts broken off in the intake manifold of the truck due to what I believe was over torquing at the factory.
