Sporadically the drivers side door button will NOT lock or unlock. Only the key FOB will lock or unlock the door. It is a real pain in the rain, as you attempt to get inside your $70K Tahoe and the door will not unlock. You reach for the key FOB and look for the unlock. By the time you figure all this out, people are wondering why you have a door button.
I've taken it in to Chevrolet several (4) times to request they either replace the door lock button assembly or find the issue. The dealer returns the Tahoe and claims GM has "NO Issues" and it's the owners problem. GM can call the dealership and request to speak with the service manager who is tired of seeing my Tahoe in his shop for the door button NOT working.
