The lugs:nuts wore out prematurely. Consumer had all four T lugs: Nuts replaced. Dealership was notified.

I had a flat tire. It took the aaa person 45 minutes to remove the spare tire. He indicated that the nut was rusted (the vehicle is a 2002 Trailblazer) and therefore "stuck"/unremovable. It took several tries and he had to put it back several times after trying to force it out. I obviously would not have been able to change my tire myself.
