Well known and documented issue with 2022 Chrysler Pacificas and many other Stellantis vehicles.
Screen went out which eliminates our rear-view camera. Brought to dealer and after a $300 diagnosis they charged 1500 for screen replacement. After replacing screen they call to say the whole module needs to be replaced and want another $400. Screen was likely never an issue. Always a software failure with the module.
Stellantis Customer Cares say the problem is between me and the dealership. Now im reading about known recalls and class-action lawsuits about this exact issue.
