In a recent collision, where the airbags deployed, I suffered a break in my right fibula and right tibia. This was a result of the driver's knee airbag cover impacting my right leg. It also jammed my leg between the cover and the seat, interfering with my egress from the vehicle. The driver's knee airbag is the only reason I suffered any injury. The impact was less than 40 km/h. I do not even have bruising from the seat belts.
