First of all, the dealership made me an appointment to get the remote starter recall done, called the night before to remind me of my appointment. I cancelled my work for the day to be there at 8 A M. On arrival they told me they didn't have the parts. They said they would order them and call me when ready. Weeks later they called me and said the parts were in. I cancelled my morning appointments to get this done. They completed the work and sent me on my way. I never drove the vehicle at night till about four days later and now I can't see how fast I am going as the cluster lights don't work. Everything else works.
I went back to the dealership and they checked it out and said it was nothing they had done. I don't believe this. The service guy said a new cluster would be over $1000 dollars plus installation. I was shocked as it worked before the recall. He said he would like to get his electrical guy to look at it, but they would charge me for this. Who looked at it the first time? He said ,there is no charge for this visit. I am totally pissed with this dealership and will avoid them for any repairs on my vehicles.
Very disappointed with the service I received. This vehicle is a 2010 and well taken care of.
