problem #3

Grand Caravan 30th Anniversary

  • Automatic transmission
  • 101,000 miles

I contacted Chrysler Customer Care to see if they would help at all with this issue. It seems unreasonable to me that pieces of the vehicle would be torn off simply while driving. They, however, will not do anything to help, except let me pay the full price to buy the part and have them replace it. This seals the deal that I will never buy a Dodge again. They could have offered anything, give me the part at their cost, something. But NOPE!

Grand Caravan RT 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 42,456 miles

Both the Drivers side door and the Passenger side door Appliques ripped off the vehicle while driving at highway speed... Although it's just a piece of plastic each one cost over $55 so I'm out over $110 because these plastic parts won't stay on the vehicle.
