Up until a few months ago my navigation system worked fine. Now it won't let me put in a new destination, period. I can use old ones and find my way home but that is it. Had a few issues with the Uconnect but thought that was a phone issue. My satellite radio does loose signal a lot.

The dealership say I need a whole new radio but that makes no sense to me.

I have never updated the navigation system because I don't use it that much. So what is the solution?
