In the first place, I called for service because the passenger side mirror had a scorch mark and is cracked which I told the service person when I made the appt. Then, I get there today for the appt. and the service advisor asks ME if I ordered the part...WTH..then they tell me they took pictures of it to get Chrysler to approve it first??? Vehicle is definitely still under the bumper to bumper warranty.
