I was rear ended by 3 vehicles. The driver at fault was distracted by their phone and rammed his truck into the car in front of him. The impact knocked my Expedition into oncoming traffic causing it to be hit in the front. The air bags did not deploy in the back nor front. I suffered neck and spinal injuries. The sensor and/or airbags are defective in my vehicle.

Expedition XLT V6

My family and I were in a roll over accident about 2 weeks ago. Four kids in the car. Husband lost control in the rain, the car skid off the highway flipped and rolled twice. None of the airbags in the vehicle deployed. Everyone is alive thank God, fracture and few injuries, but I do not feel safe in a Ford anymore. Even if the collision was not front end, does it mean your bags will only deploy in a front end collision? As far as I can see, not even those cause the bags to deploy. Called and complained to Ford today, lets see what they say.
