My son just bought himself a new to him truck. He has a 98 ford explorer but it blew its motor. Now he has bought a 99 ford explorer eddie bauer edition. Pretty truck for the most part. However his door ajar light stays when the doors are closed for sure. When he gets out the running board lights stay on. I am afraid this is going to kill his battery and leave him stranded somewhere. Can we pull a fuse that is just for the running board lites? Or can we fix this door ajar problem? Or how much will it cost to fix it?
