Here's my issue. Problem started about two weeks age. Driving home from work on the express, started hearing this grinding sound in the front-end, the grind changed to a whine. When I exited the express, the lower my speed got, the sound returned to a grind, then a rattle, then a clanking sound. Drove the car home (about another 3 miles) the severity of the sound never changed. Jacked the car up to check for potential objects caught under the car, (none). Called the dealership, they said have the car towed in they would look at it.

This is where it gets bad. Called a 1-1/2 weeks later and they haven't pulled the car in to look at it and tell me it's going to be at least another two weeks before they do. I called back the next morning to inquire about a loaner. That's when I was told the two weeks is now four-five week, that doesn't include the repair. Okay, what about a loaner? Reply from dealership "we no longer offer loaners to our customers". What if it's a warranty issue? Then Ford will assist you with obtaining a rental at a discount. So, any repair, even under warranty, Ford will not give it's costumer a car to drive until the repairs are done. Answer, "NO". We will assist you in renting a car through Enterprise Rental at a discounted price (discount price, $30 per day) for the next four-five weeks. Oh, and I still have to pay the monthly payments of $424 per month ($1744). I can use that as the down payment on a damn car. And no reimbursement from Ford.

I was informed that I could have purchased a "Loaners insurance policy at time of purchase, this would have covered this issue. So, Ford would have sold me an insurance policy to cover any problem or breakage of their product that's still under warranty! You have to be doing some great S__T to offer that and expect to keep your customer base. WTF, are you joking?

And the US auto companies are still baffled as to why consumers are moving towards buying Foreign cars. There's no service with American car companies, once the sale's done, their done with you!

There's no way out!
