This has been an ongoing problem, it started shortly after purchasing the truck, but not as bad as it is now. Now the entire navigation/radio will freeze up and you can't work the climate controls, radio or Bluetooth. Sometimes for no reason the 360 camera will come on while driving and stay on for several miles, then it starts switching thru different screens on its own. I finally was able to get it in to a Ford Dealer, it was there 7 hours and nothing got fixed, the radio was froze on the map screen and the air conditioner was on without while on off go figure. They told me they updated 3 modules and that if didn't work I would have to buy each module at $500 plus or a new system for $6000 plus ugh I'm so frustrated.
