The contact owns a 2013 Ford Focus. While driving approximately 25 mph, the vehicle hesitated to accelerate without warning. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the PCM and tcm needed to be reprogrammed. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 28,968.

The contact owns a 2013 Ford Focus. The contact stated that the vehicle stalled several times and unknown warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the dealer on more than one occasion where the failure was unable to be replicated. The vehicle was then taken to a different dealer where it was diagnosed that the PCM needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired due to the part not being available. The dealer informed that it might take six weeks for the part to become available. Additionally, the contact stated that the clutch was shuttering in first and second gear. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was not available. Updated 3/12/15
