The head restraints are so uncomfortable they are tilted too far forward. I have developed neck problems due to this especially on long rides. I was advised by the sales rep to flip them around, which is much more comfortable but a significant safety issue.
Honda should be able to correct this problem rather than acknowledge it and suggest fixes that are dangerous.
