Waiting for outcome. $60 was for the dye testing. Not sure the cost to fix the problem yet!
Update from Jan 28, 2016: A seal of some type of leaking. According to my Honda dealer this had been replaced already... It was covered under warranty so I got a new cap that they assure me will perform better and reimbursement for my $60 dye testing.
