the pollen filter box and all other accessories are equipped but from the first service Honda told me that there isn't a filter to fit into the box behind the glovebox. Honda mention in all their manuals that their vehicles is been issued with environment friendly products to help not only the environment but also their drivers/passengers to get the most from the dust and pollen filter. No Filter - no clean air. Where is the satisfaction of getting all the accessories in the manual but empty boxes in the vehicle?
