I scratched the horizontal trim piece on the left interior door panel. It was my fault. I went to the Honda dealership and ordered a new panel 400 plus 100 for installation. The trim on the panel does not match the right interior. The color on the horizontal trim bar is silver. The other side is brownish silver. Had them order another one - same problem.
Wrote to customer service in Irvine. They called in 3 days but didn't have a solution. I asked for a free panel for the right. At least the 2 doors would be similar. They agreed but the part has not arrived yet.
The manufacturer of this part is not following Honda specs for the color. The car is only 2 years old and I want it they way I bought it. If you owned this company wouldn't you want to know that a company is doing what you are paying them to do?
