Santa Fe LS V6

A D V E R T I S E M E N T S

I was driving 60 to 65 miles per hour two days before Thanksgiving break, heading to class on the New York State Thruway. Miles before I can exit, exit 31 my Sante Fe went from 65 to 55 to 50 then to 40. By then my mind said pull off to the side of the road so you don't cause an accident. Well I could not pulled off quick enough before I found my self engulfed by smoke in the Santa Fe. I turned of the Santa Fe quick enough and exit with out any ID, phone nor my quad cane. All my mind said was hobble far away from it before it blows up.

Well thanks to the other motorist that called the State Troopers saying that my Santa Fe was on the Thruway on fire. Long after the State Troopers was there and one of the Officers said that they send the fire truck back, because he saw me as I was coming over the hill. Now I am left without an automobile.

I did not have this Santa Fe for 18 months after purchase. What is it that I need to do to make this dealership replace my vehicle or give me my $12,000 dollars back that I paid for this automobile. How do I finish my next semester in Utica and I live in Syracuse. I am three quarters way in before I graduate. what is this world coming to. Now the towing company replaced my radiator that they claim was split open and also stated that I needed a new engine. Reason being is that the head gaskets were badly burned and the engine was ruined and that is best to replace the engine. Though I need to give them approximately $539.00 dollars and they will tow my vehicle to my garage. Oh, by the way, the $539 dollars is for replacing my radiator even though the Santa Fe still does not work. Or I can have them put in an engine that they found with 75,000 miles and if I can pay for all the work done after they are finish they would allow me to set up a payment plan and go into my account and take their payment out every month.

Can you imagine this. I am a student with a family. I feel so ripped off by these people. Can someone please help me get this resolve. I feel I need an Attorney, but I also know that these people have others that will not, let them know what is wrong. I need to know why I did not get any warning in the dashboard telling me something before the vehicle became like this except for the speedometer going slower. HELP ME SOMEONE PLEASE.
