: the contact stated if one places the headrest onto the rear seats backwards, it locks into position. Once the headrests are locked into position, they are unable to be removed. The dealership determined this is the way the vehicle was designed. The manufacturer has been alerted. The vehicle is a 2005 Jaguar xty. Updated 04/11/06.
