The contact owns a 2005 Jaguar X-type. The contact stated that the driver side seat belt malfunctioned and could not be secured. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who advised the contact that the hook needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and they offered no assistance. The failure and the current mileages were approximately 63,192. Updated 03/23/12
