Cadenza Premium With Luxury Package 3.3L V6

Vehicle advertised on kiausa.com that with luxury package the passengers seat would be cooled. Ordered vehicle and when it arrived it did not have the cooled passengers seat. Mentioned to dealer and they weren't sure how to respond.
