The contact owns a 2007 Kia Sportage. While driving 60 mph, the cruise control did not disengage when the brake pedal was depressed. The contact had to manually push the button in order to deactivate the cruise control. There was no warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 132,163.
