airbags didn't deploy in collision

The auto repair place said it would take 5-7 days to fix, but had it for 4 weeks. I had to keep coming back and finding damage not fixed. None of the locks or window switches were fixed on the damaged passenger side, even though I reminded them and they are still broken. We had to pay for the rental car all the while they took their time. They should have paid for the extra 3 weeks it took to fix. I don't feel safe in the car. The air bags did not deploy in the accident and were not fixed or checked during the repair so I am driving a dangerous car.

My neck injury might not have occurred if the bags had worked. I have a broken neck and back injuries because the security measures did not work. I am becoming paralyzed because of the neck injury.

Kia has a big debt to pay me.
