KIA issued a recall for the Hydraulic Electronic Control Unit that can cause engine fire.
I took to KIA immediately and they told me parts were back ordered. It has been 3 months, trying to get this resolved in the next month because I may take car on road trip for 8 days.
Called dealer service to check on, they transferred me to parts, parts didn't know anything about it.
Got frustrated and called another KIA dealer and they wouldn't schedule or talk with me on the phone because I am a "New Customer" and I need to actually come in.
Have been on hold with KIA corporate Customer Service now for 45 minutes, they took all info and are supposed to be talking to my KIA dealer service department to resolve problem.
