Vehicle towed to dealer July 24. No repairs yet. Car had been parked, not running for 30-45 mins when heard loud thump like something hit car. Then water started spewing right side of radiator area.
Update from Aug 27, 2019: Dealer was Unable to find any problem with unit. dealer checked very carefully and allowed me to talk with technician. There was no problem found. no problems with vehicle since. I went back to where car was parked and found misplaced and broken yard sprinkler on a timer that came on and sprayed water up side of radiator. I talked to business where was parked and they said another customer had same thing happen to them! Embarrassing because I was mechanic over 60yrs.it was dark and radiator is closed system with no cap on radiator itself so unable to visually check water level.
