MAZDA: CERTAIN VEHICLES HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED FROM THE FACTORY WITH INCORRECT CARPET FLOOR MAT SET (A) AND ALL WEATHER FLOOR MAT SET (B). REMOVE INCORRECT FLOOR MAT SET(S) WITH ONE MOUNT HOLE ON DRIVER'S SIDE (A)(B) AND INSTALL CORRECT CARPET FLOOR MAT SET WITH TWO (2) MOUNT HOLES. *PE
