I want Mercury to be liable for the safety of the Passengers in the Mountaineer. If the seat belt would have secured her then when the other car hit the back of my car, she would not have gone half way across the front seat. Then the air bags didn't even come out as well. I really thought I had a safe car. If this is the place I can go off then I would like for Mercury to take responsibility for this.
