airbags failed to deploy in offset head-on crash

My airbags failed to deploy in 45+35 mph offset head-on crash! I expect the airbags that are required equipment to function properly. I have a fractured sternum in addition to other injuries that an airbag might not have prevent. The fractured sternum is incredibly painful and debilitating. FORD legal didn't even send a complaint form within the 14 days customer service promised.
