My family and I have been purchasing Subaru's from the same dealer in NEPA for 30 + yrs. Long story short, took car two times to the dealer without satisfaction. Just being patronized by the service manager and basically told to call back to see when the Subaru area manager was coming.
I proceed to call Subaru of America and voiced my complaint with no corrections to my problem. Subaru has lost a reliable buyer and I know they will not be worried about losing one customer, it's that one that is going to tell 5 or 6 people about my experience. Totally unhappy with the service department and customer service Subaru has shown.
