This has been the worst experience of my life. No one at the dealer ( Doyle Subaru , Webster, NY ) or at Subaru USA cares or takes responsibility for anything ! That's right folks it is us against them .Greed has taken over the world and long gone are businesses with integrity WHO ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

I bought his car on 7-11-11 with-in a week the issues began and never stopped . Every month I had to fix something ,To date my repair costs are over $5,000 with no end in sight. I just learned all Subaru's need timing belts and head gaskets another $ 1500.00 minimum . In fact all mechanics laugh when I talk about my Subaru experience. THEY ALL SAY I DON'T GET WHY ANYONE BUYS THESE CARS. I spent $17,000 for the car and just got offered 6,500 I still owe $ 8600.00. Do the math it will make you sick!

Bottom line is if you buy a Subaru make sure you have plenty of money for endless repairs and if you make the mistake make sure you get all repairs done by the dealer you bought the car from otherwise you will be told they cannot help you . I can tell you this has been extremely frustrating ( WHICH IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT) It has hurt me financially and mentally .There really are no words I know of to explain the way I feel about Subaru. Tell all the people you care about DON'T BUY SUBARU!!!!!
